The hotel provided a private beach area that I liked very much. I found the staff to be friendly. They are always ready to help. The Thai foods available for room service tasted great. I appreciated that the front reception team greeted me with a smile.

The gym is a little bit small and has limited machines. It could benefit from additional equipment to cater to more guests, but it did the trick..

The pool was clean and well-kept. I always found fresh towels available! the beach bar was a nice touch. the breakfast had a wide selection of local and international options. the bed in my room was very comfortable. I slept well each night.

The shuttle service to public transport was a bit infrequent. It could use more regular scheduling.

the room layout was acceptable.

I really don't understand why they wouldn't lend me a spoon. i wanted to enjoy my ice cream in my room. they told me i had to order something from the restaurant. It was so funny they couldn't provide a spoon. also, if you want a second key card, you have to deposit 200 thb.

Amazing Beachfront Getaway!

The private beach was a total highlight. It gave off such a relaxed vibe! Breakfast offered variety. I appreciated the staff facilitating transportation to the parking area, as space was limited at the hotel. They were available 24 hours.

I found that the pool seemed not very clean. I did not feel like swimming in it.

The staff was very kind and helpful , especially the team who helped us with transport from the car park, showing dedication to guest well-being. They were always smiling. I'd rate the staff service highly.
